Linda Spotts

Founder and owner of Crosswinds Consultants in 1999 providing career and talent solutions to clients. She received her Masters Degree in Human Resources from St. Francis College of Pennsylvania and holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Mathematics from Oswego State University of New York and Syracuse University respectively. Prior to establishing Crosswinds Consultants, Ms. Spotts had a successful career that spanned twenty years in Human Resources employee relations, recruitment of hourly and exempt employees, and retention of employees for a Fortune 500 Company, and was recognized nationally for her innovative methods in recruitment. She continues to update her credentials in national affiliations and is a member of Human Resource Professionals of Central PA, SHRM, Central Penn College Career Services Advisory Council, past Board member of Sales and Marketing Executives of Central PA, past President of Rotary Club of Susquehanna Township, and current Board member of Executive Women’s International of Harrisburg.
Patricia Leonard
Vice President of Career Coaching & Assessments and has a Bachelor’s degree from York College majoring in Behavioral Science. Pat joined Crosswinds Consultants on a part-time basis in 2002. Prior to joining Crosswinds Consultants, Pat had an extensive career in recruitment and placement including positions as a Counselor, Recruiter, Job Placement, Supervisor of Internal Promotion System, and HR Administrative Management. She has a strong background in skills testing and has worked in the newspaper, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and government sectors. She is a member of SHRM, Hanover Area Human Resource Association, Committee Chairperson for the Legislative Committee, and has been very active with kPets therapy organization.
